We are at last living in Pocklington..... We really enjoy it......

We are also having what appears to be an Indian Summer at last!

Husband off to see younger daughter....problems.....problems...

Older daughter due back from camping in France this week Hope they enjoyed their trip!

Hopefully you will get on it It is on the Isle Of White. They do ecological holidays in

Bell Tents and Yurts.... They also do very reasonable 4 night and midweek breaks...

You do have to get the Ferry over to the Isle Of White.

Cafe Lempicka

Cafe Lempicka is a great little cafe bar in Beverley

Their is also another at Skidby Mill in Lincoln.....

I must say I prefer the one in Beverley....

I couldn't find a picture of either one....

So I guess I will have to take some myself and download......

I have researched about M/s Lempicka while not advocating

her 'avant garde' life style her painting was most popular in it's day

and still is.....

Beverley is usually crowded so be prepared to wait... It reminds me

They are very pleasant......

I have visited the one in Henley on Thames and also the one in Harrogate Yorkshire...

Where older daughter worked for a while.....

During my last trip to ny I found this lovely tea shop below in Tarrytown ny..I understand The Red Hat Society meet there too... It was a rainy rainy day when I visited and really enjoyed my visit and warm reception....
